BIOS

Steven B. Wolgin is a Managing Director at US Real Estate Advisors Inc. and has extensive experience in underwriting commercial real estate loans for origination and for "B" piece buyers.  Assignments have involved complex underwriting for both conduit and large loans on major hotels, office and retail properties re-financings, acquisitions and litigation support. This experience has involved working with major banks, insurance companies, pension funds and developers nationwide for over the past 25 years.

Mr. Wolgin holds a B.S. from The Wharton School and an MBA from Drexel University. In addition, he holds the CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate and is an MAI, Member of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Wolgin is a member of the Board of Directors of Monmouth Capital, Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation, previously a member of the Board of Directors of the Ultra Longview Construction Loan Fund from 1999-2001 and was an assistant adjunct professor at the NYU Real Estate Institute.

 

Joseph Iallonardo is a Director at US Real Estate Advisors Inc. and has extensive experience providing strategic real estate advisory services for Debt restructuring, Workouts, Underwriting and Valuation projects. Assignments have involved evaluating individual assets and portfolios, mortgage and equity interests, deal structure and liquidation issues. This experience has included providing due diligence services to investment banks, commercial banks and re-insurers for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, IPO’s and securitization of commercial real estate properties including hotels, multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties.

Mr. Iallonardo holds a B.S. from Polytechnic University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU's Stern Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the BETA GAMMA SIGMA National Business Honor Society and is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

 

J. Reddy Nukalapati, PMP, is a Director at U.S. Real Estate Advisors Inc. has experience in real estate management, finance, with skills in computers, business development, NASD Series 6 & 63, project management and engineering. He is proficient in discounted cash-flow analysis, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, Access, MS Project, have a working knowledge of ARGUS, and possess excellent writing and analytical skills.

 

Mr. Nukalapati holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from S.V. University, India, and a Masters degree in Operations Research from Kansas State University.

 

John F. Brengelman:

John F. Brengelman, MAI, CRE, began his real estate career in 1980 as a consultant with Decisionex, headquartered in Westport, Connecticut. He provided advice and analysis to real estate developers in Southern California on proposed projects. In 1985, Mr. Brengelman joined Landauer Associates in New York City. Since then, he has managed assignments in England, France, Germany, Mexico, and Canada. These assignments have included financial feasibility studies, market studies, due diligence, acquisition and mortgage underwriting, litigation support, expert witness testimony, and valuation services.

Mr. Brengelman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Mathematics and Economics, and a Master’s degree (cum laude) in Econometrics and Statistics from California State University, Fresno. He has studied in Athens and London and has lectured in the New York University Real Estate Diploma Program.


David Kaplan

 

David Kaplan has extensive experience in all facets of the real estate process including financial and investment analysis, property acquisitions, valuation, market analysis, construction management, asset management, and equity and debt financing.  David has acquired multi-family, office, retail, and industrial assets for his own account and third-party ownership groups. He has been involved in underwriting and financing over $200 million of commercial property.  David’s most recent assignments have been asset management for private investment companies as well as composing private placement memorandum to raise equity and debt for new property acquisitions.

 

David Kaplan holds a B.A. in History from UCLA and a M.S. of Real Estate Development and Finance from Columbia University.  Mr. Kaplan’s previous experience includes work with Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Group, Dinwiddie Construction Company, and Lowe Enterprises. 

 

Rich Reuter:

Rich Reuter is a Director at US Real Estate Advisors Inc. and has substantial valuation and portfolio management experience. Additional transaction experience in acquisitions, sales and asset management. Key contributions at the Prudential Realty Group included the management of a valuation program for a 500 property portfolio, and the design and implementation of a comprehensive multi-year equity strategy for their $7 billion General Account portfolio. Most recent experience includes managing capital activities for start-up venture in the municipal asset management business, responsibility for strategic initiatives with a national real estate company, and real estate consultation and advisory services for a regional valuation firm.

Mr. Reuter holds a BS in Environmental Planning from Rutgers University and a Master degree in Business-Real Estate Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin.
